What do yall eat to deal with lack of appetite? I have lost nearly 20lbs from not eating and it's seriously effecting my health. I just never feel hungry and half the time I need to mechanically shove food in my mouth and hope it doesn't come back up. I tried some meal replacement shakes but they're so nasty. any suggestions? thanks 🙏
