Dealing with Inappropriate Intrusive Thoughts

Though i am demisexual (not comfortable with having sexual intercorse with strangers but only feel aroused when attached to them) i have these thoughts often, its pretty uncomfortable, also having other intrustive thoughts like another person had said. Seeing myself Sh-ing or harming others

Yup I've got those, also inappropriate racist and sexist thoughts, thoughts of hurting myself or others, etc.

I do the same. Deeply uncomfortable.
