I have IED and I am in college and I got very frustrated in the spring and kicked some chairs. Nobody was in the chairs and nobody was hurt. But now my college is keeping a close eye on me. I got college violations for kicking chairs and also not listening when I was told to stop. How can I make them understand that it was my disorder that caused me to act that way and not because I wanted to?
