I usually stop eating between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM just ti make sure that my stomach is empty when I sleep, that way I know I won’t get sick. I ate at around 6:00 today because I was super hungry, and now I feel awful. I had some instant potatoes, and now I’m bloated, I’m pain, and have the body shakes. I hate when this happens! Also, is this only a me thing? When I get sick (IBS flare), my body shakes uncontrollably as if I’m super cold, but it’s way more violent than a shiver. My legs tense up and shake and my stomach tenses up. I absolutely hate it, it’s always such an awful feeling. And then I’m super worn out the next day because the shaking takes so much of my already low energy.
