Whenever you have an episode, for example eating something that really upsets your symptoms, do you begin feeling extreme fatigue like you can barely hold your eyes open, get really cold and shaky ? This happens if something upsets my stomach, and I’ll have abdominal pain as well as pounding heart. I know this is probably just my body’s reaction, just wondering if others experience this. I think the pounding heart is from the anxiety I start to get when I feel bad.
