I lost my dad 2 years ago. My coping mechanism is keeping him close to me with things. I have his recipe cards on my doors of my cabinets, I got a tattoo, I listen to the music he used to listen too, pictures, anything that has to do with mountains I buy. I am finally not crying everyday. I also went on antidepressants for awhile. I just came off of them. What did your mom enjoy doing?
