I really just need some tips on how to deal with the pain. I can't eat very much because I've been so nauseous and keep vomiting in my mouth. I can't tell if I'm just relapsing in my ED or if it's GERD but I want it to stop, I'm in so much pain and I'm tired of vomiting pills. Water isn't helping, if it is just the GERD. I made a mistake and got so hungry I basically ate a full meal two minutes ago and it's 4:48am and I'm in so much pain I can't fall asleep. I'm at my wits end and I don't have the energy to go to the doctor I really just need some tips on how to deal with the pain at the very least.

One suggestion is to try sipping cold water and taking over-the-counter antacids like Mylanta, which may help alleviate some of the pain. Additionally, using a heating pad and positioning yourself comfortably with pillows might provide relief. However, it's important to consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.
