I’ve thought I had DID for years now, it clicked in my 2016 but I was too afraid to say anything to my therapist at the time. I’ve had multiple since then but none that I liked/trusted enough to mention it. I don’t currently have a therapist and don’t really have an interest in finding another seeing as every one I’ve gotten except for the first have been quacks. If it wasn’t real then I wouldn’t still be experiencing it, but how do I deal with feeling like a fraud?
