TW/Vent It’s hard to tell if I really have D.I.D or if I’m just crazy and just talk to myself. I know I was diagnosed with it but it still feels like I’m- faking it?

If you're scared of faking, you aren't faking. It took me some time to get that, but you aren't making yourself contemplate your sanity for fun. You are going through a really hard thing. If you were faking, you could just stop. But this disorder can't just stop. It's also really hard to accept having DID, because this doesn't go away. We're here if you ever need support <3 -Cody
