I’ve been doing well for a while now. But every once in a while I wake up and I’m depressed again seemingly out of nowhere. Today is one of those days. It feels very defeating. I skipped all of my classes today. Im worried it won’t just be one of those days and it will carry on. I need a way to avoid this because I ultimately cannot live the rest of my life doing well for a month and then hitting a wall and increasing my dose and feeling good again until I hit that wall the next month.
