Dealing with COVID-19 aftermath

Yes brain fog hard to concentrate and it's hard to read, I can't comprehend when I'm reading my book

Is this the only symtoms

I had covid in December along with pneumonia and was in the hospital for 5 days but I noticed in January that my hair was falling out by the handfuls. It is so much thinner now but seems to be falling out less and less each day.

Yea many of us are having tons of aweful symtoms my brain is mild chronic ischemic brain disease not sure from what but believe its from sarscov2 pneumonia and covid 19
