Are there any specific ways you deal with experiencing a constant sort of existentialism in life? Less so the kind of mulling over why we exist, or debating whether or not we have free will, but more so if existing in itself is worth it. For instance, how do you help convince yourself it is possible for your situation to improve? How do you begin to envision a better future, wherein you want to be a part of it? I feel as if there has to be some kind of advice, or at least, others who relate.

      I totally relate to this. I have a son and I always think about how I won't be around when he's older. But I have goals I keep to try and keep me in the moment and give me something to work for for the future. But I do often find myself wondering if I'll make it through the next hurdle in life and if I'll be around to see him grow up
