i don't think i understand the question, i have various answers for what i think you're saying, but what confusion specifically? like being in an emotional flashback w/out knowing confused? why did these horrendous things happen to me confused? where/who/what am i due too dissociative symptoms? why am i experiencing (in relation to triggers) uncomfortable & unwanted arousal confused?
