I had cortisone shot a week ago and did nothing for shoulder pain. Been going on for four months right shoulder. Worse at night. I am 29 did nothing to hurt but MRI says slight tendinitis. Nothing helps the pain. Motrin relieves a little but don’t want to ruin my liver. Now signing up for PT. I sure hope it helps don’t know what else to do. Does anyone have positive outcomes with PT. Meloxicam did not even touch it
