Dealing with Chronic Endometriosis Pain

Hi! I have pelvic endometriosis diagnosed since 2011. I used to feel the hardest symptoms during my periods. But few years ago (since 2015) the symptoms became permanent. Every single day I have strong low back pains. That extends behind my legs. Recently in January I went to a neurologist doctor who made a block pain procedure on my sciatic but it hold the pain only for 10 days. Since February I moved to US (before in Brazil) and I really would like to find here a way to quit this pain that hurts me every single day in years! Thank you so much if you could help me!
