I've been dealing with Candida infection in my gut for at least a few years, but wasn't diagnosed until 2020. Due to being incorrectly re-diagnosed, I ate food that resulted in making it worse. I've been on restricted medical diet for Candida for 2 years, and it's becoming increasingly difficult to keep maintaining it. I have taken nystatin in the past with mild improvement, then gi synergy with somewhat better improvement, and then probiotics and probiotics. Anyone know of an alternative to medical diet for this issue, or have any recommendations for a specialist I could see?
