Dealing with Busy Days: Balancing Fun and Rest

how do you guys deal with having two busy days in a row? For example, yesterday me and my boyfriend walked around the mall and went to a movie and then today I’m supposed to go to the zoo and walk around and see Christmas lights but after yesterdays walking i am very exhausted but i don’t want to miss out.

Can you help? connect today

This is why I personally have a wheelchair. I know that doesn’t help you now but it might be something to consider if things like this occur regularly. Or even a walker with a seat. Drinking plenty of water. Compression socks can help too

Mobility aids and if possible napping before you leave or in the car. Also planning a phrase for when you have to leave. Not going is another option, it might not be the most popular but if you can’t go, don’t.
