how do you deal with FOMO (Fear of missing out) because of your disability? I'm currently exhausted and can't leave the house.

@amnioc I think it's probably different for everyone, but for me, I've found you just have to allow yourself that time to rest as well as allowing yourself to go do those things that might drain your battery (but are worth doing). I hope that helps

It's hard. You could face time people you like.
I can attest to this with my OCD/OCPD symptoms. Having things in my control when I'm in my bubble is much more comfortable, so sometimes I don't wanna go out & do things. I have to push myself out of that comfort zone in order to not miss out on experience I feel like I'll regret if I don't let myself LIVE
@Kittypop I hear this! I made myself go out on Thursday and Friday this week to events I really wanted to. Really worth it but have now used all my physical energy/spoons :( Is there ways you adapt this? Like a compromise?
We are actually on our way to Colorado and I was thinking how I was going to miss home.
