I’ve been having a ton of brain fog lately, for what seems like no apparent reason. It is NOT fun.. Anyone know anything that could help this very uncomfortable feeling?

One thing that works well for me is to bring a hot beverage outside to the front steps and sit for a few minutes in the cold really helps me resettle. The temperature change really helps me wake up out of it.
