hello...new to alikes...dealing with bells palsy 1 year...does anybody get crackling in the ear of affected side ? i never know what to do...

Yes, my doctor said there's no medication or procedure to fix it but since i believe in herbal medicine and holistic approaches he mentioned lipo-flavonoid as a supplement. I've only taken it for 3 days so no improvement yet but I'm hopeful. I also massage my neck and face affected by BP to relax the muscles.
