Chest pain can be such a serious concern, and I hope that you have access to medical professionals who take that seriously. It might be a good idea to try and sit with those pain sensations and describe them. Try to remain curious and nonjudgmental of those sensations; I know this is difficult with chronic pain. Maybe there’s something causing that pain that you can notice, and take to doctors. Worst case, you have a better understanding of how your body reacts to pain. It’s totally normal to be nervous about health stuff, especially when it feels unexplained! You have the power to explore it more and keep talking it out with others until you find a way to understand it.
