I feel this way cause of al my familys health problems im 28 and feel like im going to die in my 30s or something but in away i dont care i dont want to be here anymore
@laceyandme I’m so sorry you feel this way! A lot of health issues can be avoided merely by diet alone. This also can help with existing conditions. Also exercise can drastically improve one’s physical and mental health ❤️
My dad died when I was 3 and I always worried that I’d die when I was 25 like he did
@KratomEater yea it kinda feels like I’m not going to live to long honestly
@AnxiousAl also just focus on manifesting a long life. Everyday repeat over and over you’re going to love a long time. The more you dwell on the possibility of death the more you’ll attract those possibilities ❤️ sending love 🫶🏽
