After leaving the hospital from my miscarriage, my anxiety has been out of whack. I've been reading chapter books since I was 3, yet, this past week and a half, reading has made me anxious. I love to draw... yet that's also making me anxious. yesterday I taught myself to crochet, and within 20 minutes I had a stitch that was my wingspan, and because our wingspan equals our height, the length is 5'4... I didn't sleep last night either and I've been working on it. this all sounds weird, but this hasn't made me anxious and I've only just learned it...

I've had a few miscarriages. It feels like someone literally took a huge part of you. For me at least and it did happened a huge part leaving an emptiness is there any all I wanted to do is fill it a year later I'm still trying. It doesn't always get better it just gets easier to handle. Do things you love and fall in love with yourself. Be honest with your safe people. You've got this. Keep crocheting, have a memorial. Do whatever will help you regardless of what others think. I'm proud of you for what you've accomplished and I know you've got this.

Iā€™m glad that you found something to soothe your anxiety. I like to mediate and exercise, it really calms me down
