something that helped me A LOT is literally chugging a big glass of water whenever i feel like acting up…if physical actions don’t work for ya, i would suggest simple techniques like deep breathing for 3 mins or more if needed. I believe it’s all about self control. Also, just thinking to myself that “i don’t benefit anyone with my anger/reaction…it just makes me feel guilty in the end or puts me in a bad mood” which helps me control myself. i hope this helps
