most important to take care of yourself and know yourself! physically, emotionally, and mentally! remember that each person has their own preferences, some are more relaxed when they know more about their condition and take an active role in the management of the disease, others prefer to know as little as possible and rely more on their physician to make the hard decisions. do some soul searching and understeand what type of journey will help you in your unique journey!

"It's totally normal to feel scared and overwhelmed when you're facing something like this. Now that you have a diagnosis, it's time to arm yourself with information. Start by having an open and honest talk with your doctor. Ask all the questions you have, no matter how small they may seem. Understanding your condition and treatment options really helps with the anxiety. Reach out to friends & family for emotional support. Remember, you're stronger than you think, and you've got this!"
