Is it toxic/bad that I met my gf in rehab in Utah? We’ve been dating almost 6 months and it’s been going pretty well besides my episodes and feeling bad she has to deal with them, but otherwise it’s great and we’re planning to get an apartment in fall. What do y’all think???

It can be awkward for conversations but as long as you are a positive influence on each other then there's no issue. Rehab couples are usually short lived so congrats!

meeting in rehab can be helpful just bc that person you have a connection with understands past struggles on a deeper level. as long as you guys are happy and don’t influence each other in a negative way (relapse) then do your thing :)

As long as you and her are happy then that's all that really matters. I don't think it's toxic or bad. Love can come from unexpected places.
