How do you guys emotionally open yourself up? Every time I think of dating or going on a date, all I can think about is how I am unable to do things, who would want tk be with me when I can't stand for more than 2 hours, ect. There's no one around I want to date, but I do want to GO on dates, ya know? But every time I think of joining different social circles, the thoughts above hit. Any advice?

      @tigbraids my dog was a huge comfort but she passed two weeks ago. But I do still try to take walks

      My boyfriend is very outgoing and extroverted while I'm an introvert. You'd be surprised how many people want someone opposite of them to balance out their life. One thing that really helps me over come a lot of pain and actually relieve it is my dog. I have a Siberian Husky who always wants to run and play. I've found that I'm in more pain in the long run if I lay in bed all day. My dog has been a huge motivation in helping me keep moving and have strong muscles for a better life.

      You need to reprogram your brain to focus on the good things. When you start having those thoughts try to make a list of things you are good at. It will be hard at first but if you do it over and over again it will get a lot easier. I hope that helps
