I'm really struggling with getting a true diagnosis for chronic back pain and other conditions as my parents say "I'm too young" to have the conditions. Any advice?

Chronic Backache

You are never too young, especially if you work hard. As a teen I helped local farmers with back breaking jobs like moving large rocks or stumps or installing fence posts and developed back problems before the age of 20. Then I stupidly took on a maintenance man position on a ranch at 40 and did myself in. Now with several herniated and one ruptured disks I can barely walk. Hoping to have surgery soon. What helps me most is when I lay on a hard floor, forcing as much of my back to touch the floor as possible, and shoulders too, and staying in that position till the pain eases to a bearable state. I got the best diagnoses from my arthritis doctor and my pain center doctor
