I write a list of extremely small goals for myself and a large time frame to do them. Eg, math homework questions 1-3 2:30-2:45. Then fill the entire day with them whether that's peeing or showering or taking a nap or snacking. Anything you can write in there to fill the day with overly large time frames. That way when you're done with one goal you can decide if you want to go to the next one or take a break or do something you think of on the spot. I hope that makes sense

Just take baby steps and they will build up and no matter what progress is still progress no matter how big or small it is
I try really hard to visualize my goals. What do I want, why do I want it, what will I feel like once I obtain my goals. I try really hard to change my thought from I don't want to do this, to if I do this I will succeed! Best of luck š
I totally understand and have this issue all the time too. It has taken me a while to realize something I need is others motivation. It was really hard to admit for a long time because I could never come to terms with the fact that I could not do this myself like many others can. But that does not mean I am less I just have to ask for help to get things done sometimes.
I have trouble with this, too. Like all the time. But I know you can do it! We both can! Even a little is still more than none so just do your moments' best!
