First vaccination I had a reaction and a bloody nose, was in bed about 3 days from fatigue. Second one I was also in bed for 3 days feeling sick but otherwise fine. The booster caused my arm/chest/collarbone and throat to be swollen for about 3 weeks and I was in bed for a couple days from fatigue/feeling ill. All in all though, I'm really grateful I got them. I'm pretty sure I've had covid when it first hit my state, and I would 100% go through everything I did with the boosters again if it would prevent ever catching it again lol

Similar to someone above - my doctor is having me wait and not get vaccinated. I’ve just been inside/hyper cautious for two years. I have had a bad series of flares over the last two years so I haven’t been stable enough to do it. I was re-exposed to mold, reoccurring SIBO and other issues (Lyme co infections) that reared up so my doctor was clear I should continue avoid it.

No reaction here thankfully. Took me out with cold/flu symptoms for a day, but bounced right back.

I still have pain in my left arm. Terrible reaction to my third booster dose. Basically felt like I had COVID-19 for 24 hours. I am not sure if I still have pain from the shot or Botox (400 units) on the left side of my body.

May I ask what your reaction was?

Yup! I don’t mean to scare anyone but I’ve been having recurrent reactions for a week and ended up in the ER for almost 20 hrs right after. But none of the ER staff had seen a reaction like mine before.

I personally did not have a reaction, but I took my Benadryl with me just in case.

Yes. I had an anaphylactic reaction to my second dose of the Pfeizer vaccine.

I had “Covid Arm” after the first one. No issues with #2 or #3.

According to my MCAS specialist her patient population is having a hard time tolerating the vaccines and are going into anaphylaxis. For this reason she is having me wait until my mast cells are more calm to get vaccinated. I am in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her concern because of how bad my flare is caused by my last pregnancy ( currently 5 months postpartum) that it could cause anaphylaxis or could push me back to when I was my worst during pregnancy or possibly worse than that as that is what she is seeing with her patients. I was told to pre-medicate with mast cell stabilizers and I was given a prescription for an epi pen by my allergist/immunologist. I have some severe vitamin deficiencies from my pregnancy due to mcas and SIBO so hopefully when I get my infusions I will stabilize enough to get vaccinated after that. Fingers crossed

No not at all. Both my daughters have these comorbidities and they had no reaction other than what was expected.
