Tips for Learning ASL Alphabet as a Low Functioning Autistic Person

I know there's some good videos out there about it, I have a few books thatve helped as well, it helps me to just try and remember to keep my hands relaxed and that there's no "bouncing" between letters, it's meant to be fluid. Also functioning labels are outdated, I believe it's high support needs and low support needs now.
