how have you guys learned how to manage pots symptoms? I've been struggling

      @Laurelpeabody Bouncing off of this, my cardiologist recently prescribed 1 gram salt tablets 3 times a day and it has been a game changer!! My symptoms are still there and flare sometimes (especially with exertion) but the daily fatigue and dizziness are much less intense than before to the point where I can actually function again

      Alka seltzer for nausea, a glass of water before bed, and a glass when you wake up in the morning. Legs up in the air for dizziness, an ice pack hat for the heat, the colder the better it is for us. I have plenty of answers, but I have POTS as well as Neurocardiogenic syncope so I am unsure of just pots symptoms or yours specifically.

      Lots of salt and water!!! And exercise I know it doesn’t sound helpful but it isnn
