      I have both anxiety and panic disorder. I have had anxiety almost all of my life. I experienced my first panic attack at the age of 19 after having my second child. I have noticed that I have been experiencing a dramatic increase of panic attacks this year due to my health anxiety. I caught Covid-19 3 times so far and I have a constant fear that I might develop a blood clot and not get help in time.

        @Bobaqueen My panic disorder makes it so I can’t have children cause I fear labor and morning sickness. I hope to one day over come that so I can have children but now I feel like a failure cause im 30 and everyone around me has children.
