Curious about Mental Health

I can relate to that I have anxiety about even attempting to look for someone to because they are full compacity I'm gonna keep trying

I used to til I finally found meds that worked for me. Now the problem is finding a provider that takes their job seriously cause the last one claimed they sent my prescription to the pharmacy but it wasn't there when I tried to pick it up. I've been without my meds for 6 months now and same with therapy. I'm slowly going back to how I was before they were prescribed and it's so much worse when you get a taste of normal and have to go back to the disabilities of mental illness
