Coping with Hallucinations: Tips and Tricks

for me, i try to normalize my experiences. see something odd, i look once. see it again, im used to seeing it. a third time, im expecting it. i no longer feel the urge to look once i have recognized it as "this is a hallucination and will keep happening if i pay attention to it"
