Meditation and breathing techniques and staying as close to my doctor as I possibly can to monitor my illnesses as far as my thyroid and my mental health goes.

I have thyroid hiccups, too. My care team is very proactive but I am horrible about keeping up meditation practices. Thanks for replying!

Therapy with a therapist who specializes in chronic illness/chronic pain has been really helpful for my mental health. It also helps reduce my stress which is beneficial for the physical health as well 😊
