is there any coping strategies you guys have to regulate emotions or even better to let them out?

      I personally journal a lot although I know that one isn't everyone's cup of tea. Regulating emotions in the moment I would definitely recommend looking for breathing exercises and practicing them, not just when you think you need them in the moment. There's also a lot of ways to vent emotions and feelings out through art (art therapy). If you're into art I'd definitely recommend checking out art journal prompts just on Google and such to do in your own time. They can be really validating to make and help you to process emotion and thoughts better

      Finding someone you trust to vent/talk to is a MUST. I also took up hobbies I loved to put my energy into. Writing and photography have been helpful. Archery was my true saver though. If you need someone to talk to I'm always willing to listen/talk.
