I know they say complaining is not always good to do but, does anybody else complain or tell people that something hurts every second of every day? Like I don’t try to be annoying with it since I do it a lot it’s just,IT HIRTS and even tho they know it hurts you always tell them bc you want them to know anyway ?

I will stay pretty much silent about it for weeks, and then have a breakdown sobbing to either my mom or my best friend on an especially bad day.

I'm always nervous to talk about it tho cause I don't wanna bother them, but then I'm in pain and ppl don't know and then get upset cause I didn't tell them until they wrenched it outta me! It feels like such a fine line to walk😬

Ooooooh yeah. I’ve dulled it to certain breaths and sounds to get through pain and my husband always perks up with a ‘you ok?’. I say I’m fine, he knows the real answer is no 😅 there are times my mannerisms are a telltale sign. I move super slow or careful or I get stuck in a position until it passes. I just explain to those not around often that this is just life right now, my new normal until whenever I guess. That way I’m not always boohooing that something hurts, because I feel like a whine ass, but people can tell and it is what it is. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is me! I try not to though I try to keep it to myself but depending on what type pain it is… sometimes I have sudden pains that make me yell “fuckkkk” and then I can’t help but explain why I yelled fuck 😩🤣
