Definitely nothing wrong with not getting bottom surgery! I've been on T for a few years and I intend to get top surgery but not bottom surgery. I've always wanted to have kids, but in my head that's always been by means of adoption. Anyhow, the good news is that if you don't particularly want bottom surgery, that probably won't affect most areas of your life. Most people aren't going to see your privates, so the only area of life that might be affected one way or another is your sex life. Bottom surgery definitely isn't necessary if it doesn't cause you debilitating dysphoria. Transition isn't linear or universal. Whatever surgeries or treatments you do or don't get are your business alone. You know yourself better than anyone else can know you. Whatever you decide, let it be based solely on your wants/needs. Don't choose based on anyone else's expectations. Take care, my friend.

I think if you feel good and like a guy how you are, you don't need bottom surgery. Everybody is unique.

I don't want to have kids, but I also don't want bottom surgery. It's just not something I feel attracted to. I want top surgery and to go on T but I honestly could care less about what's in my pants and don't want to have to recover from another surgery. I think it's great that you want to have kids tho! That's going to be such an exciting journey!
