With so many comorbid issues already I've struggled to differentiate between them. I have asephalgic migraines (no headache, every other symptom under the sun) the symptoms vary and I've been calling it all a migraine, but I'm wondering if I start with a migraine and that triggers something else - possibly fibromyalgia. currently my body is in a lot of pain (4 days after a 2 day migraine, but I've been in pain since then). I'm trying new medications currently. Just wanted to see what other people with a similar combination of issues have going on.
