I’ve been noticing that when I’m stressed or immediately following a stressful situation, I’m exhausted. Mentally and physically drained. Is there any way to combat this?

Half hour power nap as soon as I'm able to get out of the situation seems to help a lot.

@JimIsBored Naps make it worse. Waking up and going to bed. If I’m really tired I’ll nap, otherwise I end up feeling funny

I completely understand and if you find out, let me know. I’ve had people say exercise helps, but I have such a high heart rate when I’m in a panic attack, it seems to make it worse. Watching TV/movies helps keep my mind busy and fall asleep faster. I drink coffee (not often) and sometimes take “energy vitamins” I also take stress gummies and sleep gummies
