Cleaning with Scoliosis is a Pain in the Back

100% sometimes I wear a heating pad while I work just as I can move at all

I find myself thinking of cleaning like hitting the gym for a healthy person. I have to do everything in sets or reps and I spend a lot of time sitting down. I use a desk chair to roll around while I sweep or mop. I havr a bar stool by my stove and space to sit at a table to prep food. But i still have someone come once a week and help me. My kids are little and we homeschool so they are here generating mess all day. 🤣
