Small things causing big pain

I’m so sick of the small stuff causing me so much pain.. my bathroom needed to be cleaned.. I decided to clean the tub first and just from a simple scrub my back is killing it.. I should have done this last 🤦🏽‍♀️

Omg cleaning the tub seems so simple but it has always been the most painful chore! Even before my diagnosis when I cleaned for a living!

I totally understand. My back kills me and my Fibromyalgia body gets exhausted and pained.

Always do the hard stuff first. Yes it hurts like HE🏒🏒 but it is better when the job is done and you go to wind down for the day. This is because the smaller stuff gives the pain a chance to calm down some before going into relax mode. It's how I get through my shifts as a cook at my local hospital.

I had to drive 500 miles. 9 hrs in the car and I am crippled so far for 3 days. I have disabled my arm before just wiping my butt. I am so over it. I once sneezed and spent a week with not able to turn my head.
