How do you keep up motivation to clean your house (or room if you don’t live alone)? I struggle with finding the motivation to do so but I can’t handle a dirty environment.

cleaning with someone else is great! I have found that facetiming a friend and both clean our own place is helpful to keep each other going!

Try to keep the cleaning supplies in an easy to reach location. I keep Clorox spray, windex and paper towels under the bathroom sink so if I notice the mirror or sink is dirty the whole task of cleaning it takes less than a minute. I also try to only use one dish, and just wash it every time I use it so I don't have a bunch pile up. Its always hard to take the trash out tho

I tend to get sick and become unable to clean my environment, or too busy and stressed. I get the “depression” room, and car. My car is like a trash can on wheels but mostly filled with stuff I will actually use and need haha. Luckily my boyfriend is kind enough to come over and help me deep clean so I can be less anxious and stressed about my messy environment. Having someone to help or encourage you is the best.
I watch lifestyle vlogs a lot, it sounds silly but seeing their productivity helps me want to do things more
start small, keep it simple, like today I'll sweep and mop the floors, tomorrow I'll pick up all the trash in my home, etc. if you do a little something everyday eventually your place will be clean and will stay clean if you keep it up
