I’m a musician with chronic pain/CRPS/RSI and PoTS and obviously this means I have quite a busy schedule. I have had to miss out on so much because I am so fatigued or in so much pain and this is really frustrating. I’ve been considering using a mobility aid but I have CRPS which is focused in my hands so I can’t use a walking stick or crutches. I’m considering getting a wheelchair but don’t want to be reliant on it or for people to judge me. Is anyone else in a similar position/have any advice on whether it’s a good idea to use a wheelchair? Doctors are useless at the moment and blame everything on stress so I just don’t know where to turn to for support. It’s so lonely!
