I have Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia. I have pain 24/7. I had MVD surgery in 2007 that did not work. Doctor still says he sees a compression and thinks i should do it again. Has anyone been in this situation. I'm so torn on what to do. Do you think I should try again?

I would get a second opinion if they also still see a compression. I’m not sure where are you based but upenn hospital in Pennsylvania specializes in this. Sending strength and hope.
