Managing Trigeminal Neuralgia and Pseudotumor Cerebri

Hi, I have trigeminal neuralgia and pseudotumor cerebri. I have been managing my pseudotumor since being diagnosed in 2015 but am having complications with my trigeminal neuralgia. Any info or tips for pain relief are greatly appreciated. Thank you and I hope you have a great day.

I use oral CBD in the area of pain (usually lower left jaw). It helps calm the nerve most of the time.

Sure thing, hope it'll help 🙏 if you also have an option of looking into MVD surgery I would recommend that as well, it was a life saver for me

@TNBear Thanks for sharing, I haven't tried that yet but I'll give it a go. 🤗

Hi How's the pain today? I found that breathing exercises helped me the most with coping (similar to what is described HypnoBirthing if you're familiar)
