Struggling with Chronic Pain and Frustration

I’m so exhausted by my own body and the various ways it’s failing me on any given day. I just got home from going to the grocery store for the first time in months to pick up my adhd meds and it nearly killed me. I started to have severe stomach cramping and felt like I was going to have an accident on myself. Meanwhile I have a limp from a hip injury that I’ve been trying to get seen for since September. The two sources of pain almost compete for my attention and I hate being stated at. I have to concentrate so much to even walk right now. And because I’m only 28 everyone thinks I’m too young to have this much wrong with me or that I’m exaggerating. I’m just exhausted.
