Help! Flare-up advice needed

Prednisone on hand? If not, try some ibuprofen. Relax & try either heating pad or ice pack. Whatever your body is comfortable with. Alternate if possible. I know it's painful but try to relax as much as possible.

I usually try to do a fast when I feel a flare up coming on. The fast will consist of juicing . And remember to relax no stress . Which is easier said than done.
