Need Help with Chronic Headaches

I have chronic headaches and no remedy. Anybody have some advice or treatment that works for them ? My doctor suggested magnesium, vitamin D, and melatonin šŸ˜¶

      I usually take an aleve, which only helps some, but drinking water helps even more. Unfortunately I'd say I'm dehydrated which is probably the biggest cause for my headaches, but drinking plenty of water can help.
